Ano Doliana are a tourist, traditional village for nature-and not only looking for short or long trips, with untouched natural beauty, good food and the ability to play.
On the northern slopes of Parnonas, 26 km Of Tripolis, at an altitude of about 1,000 meters, is the traditional village of Ano Doliana. The village is known since antiquity, and later, because it produced high quality marble which built many Great Temples.
It is a traditional village, built amphitheater, with cobbled streets, stone houses, bridges, fountains and a beautiful square with trees, with lovely views over the plains of Tripoli. The horizon reaches Mainalo, Artemisium, and Helmos Erymanthos.

Surroundings and sights
Located near the river Tanos, where you can admire the natural caves that have been created by erosion.

The chestnut and chestnut festival

Initiated by the Cultural Association Dolianon and combines years and the transfer of the image of St. George, patron saint of the village-leg Doliana (7 hours away!).
How to get there:
From the National Road Athens-Corinth, Corinth after still left towards Tripoli. Follow the National Road Tripoli-Sparta for approximately 2 km and then the provincial road Tripoli-Astros.
After the village Roots continue right towards Ano Doliana-Kastri- Agio Petro.
